Why “IMPACT”?

IMPACT- It’s what we believe God is having through our community on the world around us and why it’s the name of our annual leadership conference.   Food, lodging and programming for kids are included, you just need to get your team and their families there – they will thank you!   This year our theme is “Humbly BOLD.” When we’re Humbly Bold, we don’t settle. We’re eager and active. We look for opportunities to draw people in and increase our community.

It means we’re:

– Sacrificing our own comfort.

– Letting go of what people think of us.

– Getting messy.

– Setting aside our pride.

– Admitting where we need help.

– Searching for people with a similar heart and drive to serve.

– Creating opportunities for others to come, grow, and become who God designed and purposed them to be.
