Josh Hong is an athlete that broke onto the competitive CrossFit scene at the Granite Games this year and made a huge impression on our staff. He is sold out for Christ and unashamedly lives out his faith. There was a pivotal moment during the snatch event where things didn’t go the way he planned, and he dropped to his knees afterwards to surrender the moment to the Lord and learn from it.
