READ
REFLECT
David was a great leader and he had many challenges to deal with, some were of a personal nature, some were to do with leading his people. Problems or challenges are a matter of scale. We may not be facing huge issues, leading thousands or indeed millions of people in our country. We may not be army commanders. We may not be chief executives.
David was successful because he leaned into God, and trusted him. And we are called to do the same. God is in control. We may not understand his plan. But we must believe that God, the Creator of the Universe, knows best. In our places of darkness, he is the light, the truth, the way.
