3-2-1 Go! “I’ve done this workout before. I wonder if I can beat my old time? What if I don’t? What if I’m last? I can’t be that person everyone’s cheering for at the end. It makes me feel like such a loser. What if that new person beats me? No one will notice if I shave some reps today. I’ve got to make that time!”
3-2-1 Go! “I’ve done this workout before. I want to beat my old time. This is going to be a great finish with such a big group today. That’s awesome those new guys are getting attention from coach. Let’s go! Right now!”
