We have our 200+ volunteers, who lead our core ministry through local chapters; our HQ Staff, who oversee the daily operations, program support, and communications; our Event Staff, who bring world-class quality training, content, and spiritual resources to True Strength Training Camps and IMPACT.

Rev. Dr. David McDonald
Chaplain Champion
Dr. David McDonald has spent over three decades as an athletic chaplain across the USA and Canada. He was a two-sport collegiate athlete and now considers himself an avid CrossFitter, scuba diver, and powerlifter. After 27 years as a local church pastor, McDonald became the Steward of the Fossores Chapter House (www.fossoreschapterhouse.com)
Jacob Mc Garry
Media and Graphic Designer
Jacob is a media designer who focuses on digital spiritual content. As a kid, he missed out on all the sports and physical activities, but he makes up for it by trying every kind of fitness he finds. He likes doing yoga with his toddlers and CrossFit with his wife.

Elizabeth Kirchmeier
Elizabeth has served as a Chapter Director and has 15+ years of leadership and development experience in martial arts, fitness, and higher education. She is passionate about serving the Kingdom and the future of FAITH RXD.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Jim Conzelman
Jim co-founded FAITH RXD in 2013 with his wife Becky Conzelman, and Chip Pugh. Jim spent 20 years in the Navy and now serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors.
Guido Trinidad
Guido first began working with FAITH RXD in 2016 as the Head Coach for True Strength FAITH + FITNESS Training Camps (formerly Iron Sharpens Iron), served as Executive Director, and now serves on our Board of Directors and is the Director of the True Strength camps. He was also co-founder of Wodapalooza, a major functional fitness festival in his home-town of Miami.
Maggie Ludwig
Maggie joined the Board of Directors in 2022 after serving as the Director of the Waukesha, Wisconsin, chapter and gym host for the Waukesha True Strength Camp. She owns Festivus Games, a popular global functional fitness competition for novice and intermediate athletes – “for the rest of us.”
Tyler Beidelman
Tyler has accrued 20 years in the Navy, founded the third ever FAITH RXD chapter in Jacksonville, Florida, in 2014, served as our “Chapter Champion” mentoring Regional Advisors, Role Champions and Chapter Leadership Teams, and joined our Board of Directors in 2022. He is also a member of the John Maxwell Leadership Team.
