REFLECT

God brought this magnificent world into existence out of boundless affection for us. We should always remember the wonder that surrounds us. With the skill of a serene painter, the Master Artist employed each brushstroke meticulously, giving rise to an awe-inspiring masterpiece. This artistic brilliance unfolds before us in the breathtaking landscapes, the diverse array of creatures, the miraculous dawn of a newborn’s life, and countless other wonders that grace our existence.

This world is no accident. God designed and created it, not in some random moment in space, but in a moment of perfect intention from heaven.

Psalm 33:6-9 reads, “By the word of the Lord the heavens were made, their starry host by the breath of his mouth. He gathers the waters of the sea into jars he puts the deep into storehouses. Let all the earth fear the Lord; let all the people of the world revere him. For he spoke, and it came to be; he commanded, and it stood firm.”

In our modern world, a popular belief seeks to deny the celestial wonders surrounding us. It labors to convince us that every aspect of our existence is merely the product of random chance, the consequence of a cosmic explosion billions of years ago.

We know that this is not true. God’s hand is all around us if we only take the time to look for it. We need to open our eyes and hearts to see the beauty of the world and feel his presence in our lives.

And as today’s culture doubt’s His presence, we can testify of His magnificence and wonder. And our testimony will carry His power and help touch hearts for Christ.
